These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website frontpromote.online (the "Site") and the video editing, color grading, photo processing and related post-production services ("Services") provided by BETTINA BANBAJIAN ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Site or requesting our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.

2. Our services

We provide professional post-production Services including video editing and montage, color grading, motion graphics, photo processing and retouching, and content preparation for social media and advertising. Details of our Services are described on our Services page. Each engagement is subject to a written or emailed agreement describing the scope, timeline and price.

3. Quotes, payment and invoicing

• Quotes: all quotes are fixed and provided in writing before work begins. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Payment: payment terms are agreed per project. Typical terms require a deposit (usually 30–50%) before work begins and the balance before final delivery. Accepted payment methods are agreed at the time of quote.
• Invoicing: invoices are issued electronically and are payable in the currency stated on the invoice.
• Work does not begin until the deposit (if any) is received and the scope is confirmed.

4. Project process and revisions

• You receive a first cut or first processing pass based on the agreed brief.
• Unless otherwise agreed, each package includes up to two structured revision rounds.
• Additional revision rounds may be billed at a transparent hourly or flat rate agreed in advance.
• Changes that significantly alter the original brief may require a revised quote.
• Deliverables are provided in the formats and resolutions agreed in the quote.

5. Your materials and rights

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses and consents to provide us with any footage, photographs, audio, logos or other materials used in your project, including consent from any identifiable individuals, and that using them in the agreed work does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of your materials. We handle your materials confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

• Your deliverables: upon full payment, we transfer to you the intellectual property rights in the final deliverables for the agreed scope, subject to any third-party rights (including stock music, fonts or software).
• Our tools and processes: our techniques, workflows and templates remain our property and may be reused across projects.
• Portfolio: we may display selected work in our portfolio unless we agree in writing to keep a project confidential.

7. Delays and liability

We work to the agreed timeline. If we anticipate a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to third-party services, network failures or force majeure events).

8. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out in full in the Refund Policy. In summary, we offer a full refund of any advance payment if we have not yet begun work and you cancel within the stated window. Once work has commenced, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis reflecting the work completed. A final delivered master accepted by you is not refundable.

9. Use of the website

• You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems.
• The Site is provided "as is". While we aim to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Content on the Site is for general information and does not constitute professional or legal advice.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site and our Services, you acknowledge these policies.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
